With the new feature, you can now gift costume bundles to anyone on your friends list, with a daily limit, in Marvel Rivals.

Something that was overshadowed by the loads of information in the Season 2 Dev Vision is gifting. Marvel Rivals has a Gift feature as of Season 2. You'll be able to buy bundles for your friends if they've been nice and deserve a little treat.

Let's go over the details of what we know and how it works.

How does the Gift feature work in Marvel Rivals?

Based on the brief example in the Dev Vision video, everything seems pretty straightforward. You go into the bundle or item you want to gift, and click the button. Here's a breakdown of the steps:

  1. Select a bundle or single item from the Marvel Rivals store
  2. Click the Gift button near the cost in Units
  3. Select a friend to send the bundle to, with an option to search their name if you're so cool with too many friends
  4. Press the gift box next to the friend's username
  5. When the popup appears detailing the items they'll receive, confirm the purchase with Lattice

Per that information, it looks like you cannot use Units to gift a bundle to a friend in Marvel Rivals. The Gift feature appears to only allow purchases with Lattice. That is the premium currency in the game, which means you'll have to use real money. You also have a five gift limit per day.

Once the feature officially arrives in the game, we'll update you with any details they didn't share in the video. There are still some questions to be answered. Can you gift items you already own? Can you gift just the skin or just the cosmetics? Will Units be allowed at some point?
