Hoping to get a Fathom Pet in World of Warcraft?

Nothing beats a good Twitch Drop. Twitch has been actively giving out different cosmetics, access to games and more through its Twitch Drop system for years now, and no game seems to be exempt from it. The newest Twitch Drop, featuring the Fathom Pet in World of Warcraft, is one many gamers are preparing to snag.

Here is how you can get the Fathom Pet through Twitch Drops.

Fathom Pets: How to get them through Twitch Drops

Acquiring a Fathom Pet is simple. All you have to do is literally watch Twitch and you will eventually snag one. Yes, that is right, watch your favorite World of Warcraft streamer and you will eventually be awarded a Fathom Pet.

So how many hours does someone need to watch World of Warcraft on Twitch to get a Fathom Pet? Four hours.

Make sure you have connected your Blizzard account, though, to your Twitch and your Twitch Drops enabled, or else the Fathom Pet will not be credited to your World of Warcraft account.

Make sure you set your calendars, though, because the Fathom Pet Twitch Drop is only happening on one day, March 22, 2024.

Once you have watched four hours of World of Warcraft, you'll see the popular pet in your account.

What are Twitch Drops?

Twitch Drops are a unique way for gamers to earn specific items and more through simply watching Twitch broadcasts. Twitch Drops always require a person to watch whatever game category they are hoping to be awarded the item in.

It is not just items though, sometimes different games will have special betas which will coordinate with Twitch Drops, allowing for people to grab the beta key just by watching streams.

Sometimes there will be a specific amount of hours people are required to watch, and other times it'll be random. The time watched varies between every Twitch Drop.
