An Upcomer article has revealed that Kroenke Sports & Entertainment are set to field a roster in Valorant Esports.

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE), are looking to field a Valorant roster; with rising star neT reported to be their first signing. Here is what we know so far.

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment Declare Their Interest In Valorant Esports

A report regarding KSE's interest in joining Valorant Esports first broke in an Upcomer article written by George Geddes.

There was also an interesting post on the Twitter page of Alex Rubens, the current LA Guerrillas General Manager, as well as the Senior Vice-President of KSE, in which he shared a list of job postings in the company; three of which were pertaining to Valorant.

Though there has yet to be a formal announcement by anyone at KSE regarding their decision to join Valorant Esports. However, given the information before us, it is more likely a matter of time before we see a full announcement.

Who Are Kroenke Sports & Entertainment?

KSE was founded by prominent American billionaire Stan Kroenke. He is best known for being the owner of the English Premier League club Arsenal as well as the LA Rams in the NFL. KSE has also made a prominent mark in Esports, where they currently own two franchised teams; the LA Guerrillas in the Call of Duty League as well as the LA Gladiators in the Overwatch League.

These are but a few of the entities that Kroenke Sports & Entertainment own.

Given the sharp rise in Valorant esports since the game's release in the summer of 2020, it is no surprise to see an entity like KSE wanting to get involved.

Pomising youngster Net reportedly first KSE Valorant member

Geddes' initial report suggests that the promising young player neT will be on the roster. The young man has attracted a lot of interest from teams as a result of his performances for Knights in the tier-two scene.

He had been trialing with Andbox since August, but it would seem that he has been tempted away from them by KSE. It will be interesting to see what kind of an impact he will have at the highest level, especially once the rest of the squad has been announced. But given KSE's track record in Esports, they will certainly be angling to give him a squad that will allow his talent to shine through.
