According to the official X account for Overwatch 2, the Avatar crossover will feature Venture as Toph. While Venture is a damage hero in Overwatch 2 who likes digging at an archeological site and finding artifacts, Toph is an earthbender in the Avatar universe. The Toph Venture skin makes sense as both of these characters are associated with earth, the ground, and so on.

"Drop an “I can dig that” if you’re hyped for Venture as Toph," the account stated.

As for other Overwatch 2 Avatar skins, a TikTok account named sloansw1fe claimed they will include Zuko Genji, Suki Kiriko, and Appa Orisa.

"I got these images from a random on Discord, I asked where they got them and they didn't reply," the account stated in the TikTok video. "But it predicted what the new tank will look like and a skin for him before he even was released."

Until Blizzard confirms all of this, it's best to simply wait for the official Overwatch 2 Avatar skin announcements.
