Fnatic's League of Legends ADC Oh "Noah" Hyeon-taek vowed to delete his social media on May 20 after Gen.G beat Bilibili Gaming in the Mid-Season Invitational 2024 grand finals on May 19.
Noah decided to move away from social media over a week after Gen.G and Team Liquid completely dominated Fnatic in the upper and lower quarterfinal brackets of MSI 2024, respectively. According to the Fnatic ADC, he performed poorly in the tournament because opinions on social media led to a lack of confidence and even panic attacks.
Fnatic Noah opens up about MSI struggles
Noah's performance in MSI was a matter of great scrutiny on social media and forums as he didn't play his best, and this made him play even worse.
"I was greatly influenced by the opinions and evaluations of people who were not related to me," Noah said on X on May 20. "I didn't believe in myself and started to push and pressure myself with worries about the future that had not yet happened, which eventually led to panic attacks during the series. But all I had to think about was my confidence in myself and what people around me thought of me."
The Fnatic ADC said he'll delete all social media until his last game of the year to focus only on himself and the people around him, and vowed to make fans "proud again."

Dozens of fans supported Noah after he posted his statement on X. Most of them told Noah to take care and approved his decision to put social media aside.
Though Fnatic came up short at MSI, Noah and them will have a chance to redeem themselves in LEC Summer Split, which will run from June 8 to July 28, and qualify for the LEC Finals.
