What are Hearthstone Battlegrounds Tokens?

Battlegrounds Tokens are a new in-game currency. Players can unlock them via both the free and paid Rewards Track. Other ways to get more Battlegrounds Tokens involve viewership rewards, in-game grants, plus visiting the in-game shop. Every player gets two of these tokens for free.

Hearthstone Battlegrounds Season 9 Rewards Track

As implied above, the Rewards Track for Season 9 is now extended to include Battlegrounds Tokens. The paid Rewards Track can be accessed via the Season Pass for either 14.99 USD or 1,500 Runestones. Meanwhile, the Season Pass+ option costs $19.99 USD or 2000 Runestones.
