Explore 10 Fortnite Islands and vote on your favorite. The winner of the poll will be announced during The Game Awards 2024.

The Game Awards and Epic Games have partnered to bring The Game Awards 2024 experience to Fortnite, they announced this Monday, Nov. 25.

The "Oscar" of the video game industry will have its own Fortnite Island, and the host Geoff Keighley will appear in Fortnite as a "MetaHuman," according to TGA.

This partnership will allow Fortnite players from all around the world to vote in-game and "help The Game Awards celebrate the Best Fortnite Island of 2024".

It won't the first time that the celebration ran by Geoff Keighley and Epic Games worked together as TGA 2023 was also featured in Fortnite last year.

How can Fortnite players vote in The Game Awards

Epic Games added the The Game Awards Vote hub, in which players can portal to 10 creator made Islands "that showcase the potential, creativity, and innovation possible" in Fortnite.

After the players explore these 10 Islands, they can vote in-game for their favorite. Geoff Keighley will announce the winner of this poll during The Game Awards 2024, which is taking place on December 12 in Los Angeles.

Fortnite players can also use TGA's map to compete in a target shooting arena and unlock stronger weapons between rounds as they level up. The map will keep track of the best players with leaderboards per round and session.

Player can access The Game Awards Vote in Fortnite with the follow in-game Island code: 0853-1358-8532. Studio 568 developed the map, and Spiral House and Nighttimes made the art.

To keep things fair, players can only vote once with their account. The poll will remain active until Wednesday, December 11 at 6 p.m PT. Same as last year, this poll is entirely fan-based and doesn't count as an official TGA category.
