OG Fortnite is officially adding a Ranked mode. Are you excited?

OG Fortnite has been out for a week now, and fans have already longed for something a little more competitive. So, the Battle Royale is now releasing OG Ranked mode, allowing gamers to climb up the ranks while playing OG Fortnite. Here is everything we know about OG Fortnite's Ranked mode and more.

Ranked is coming to OG Fortnite

Fortnite first introduced Ranked mode in 2023, replacing the popular Arena mode. However, players criticized the mode's lack of Siphon.

Still, though, to play various tournaments you must be a high enough rank, forcing players to play the game mode whether they enjoy it or not.

Now, though, with OG Fortnite taking over the Battle Royale, many are excited to explore the classic map but in Ranked.

Ranked mode release date

OG Fortnite's Ranked mode is set to release on December 16, 2024.

Whether or not the new mode was something that was always in the works for OG Fortnite, or is just a way for them to combat the bots and sweats within the game, it will still be incredibly fun and competitive for everyone.

All ranks in upcoming Ranked mode

Fortnite's Ranked mode will more than likely mimic the ranks within the regular Battle Royale. Below is a list of all the ranks in Fortnite:

  • Bronze
  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Platinum
  • Diamond
  • Elite
  • Champion
  • Unreal

However, these ranks are subject to change, as you can never know with Fortnite when it comes to doing something new and innovating.

Right now, the OG game mode is currently in Chapter 1 Season 1, so it is expected that ranks will reset when the game transitions to Season 2 at the end of January.
