Another season of FC Pro gives you another opportunity to claim glory.

EA have unveiled the second season of FC Pro, the EA SPORTS FC professional circuit. This builds on a hugely popular and successful debut year for the competitive FC scene.

Just like last year, there are opportunities for anyone to get stuck in and potentially become a World Champion. FC Pro 25 will introduce more opportunities for rising talent to earn a spot at the FC Pro World Championship through an expanded FC Pro Open program and new monthly FC Pro Open Cups.

The upcoming season includes:

  • FC Pro Open: A $1 million open circuit featuring both up-and-coming competitors and Ultimate Team professionals on PlayStation 5. Kicking off in October across ten regions, players will battle through online, regional, and international competitions to earn a seat at the World Championship.
  • FC Pro Open Cups: A new format designed to offer more pathways to reach the top of FC Pro competition. This will award seats at the World Championship Play-ins.
  • FC Pro Leagues: An invite-only circuit for professional players representing iconic football clubs. Players will compete in tentpole tournaments hosted together with football League Partners – Premier League, LALIGA, MLS, and more – for prizing and regional dominance on the road to the World Championship.
  • FC Pro World Championship: The USD $1 million FC Pro World Championship will bring 32 of the world’s best EA SPORTS FC 25 players together to compete for ultimate glory. This year, the top eight from the FC Pro Open will automatically qualify for the biggest competition of the year alongside top competitors from the FC Pro Leagues and Play-Ins.

FC Pro Open expanded to 24 competitors

The season will once again kick off with the FC Pro Open. This will now feature 24 competitors, all fighting to earn their share of the $1 million total prizing. Players from around the world can begin their journey on the virtual pitch with the FC Pro Open Ladder on October 1-7.

Following Ladder play, top competitors will advance to the Regional Qualifiers (October 12-13), and Global Qualifier (November 1-3). The Global Qualifier will welcome finalists to London, UK, and will be broadcast live on Twitch and YouTube.

The top 17 qualifiers will join seven competitors who have already secured their seat at the FC Pro Open, including last year’s top four PHzinVejrgangLevi de Weerd, and Emre Yilmaz as well as World Championship finalists xcharifYuval, and Jafonso. The 24 players advancing to the weekly FC Pro Open competitions will kick off the action on November 25.

How can you get involved?

Just like last year, anyone can potentially work their way to winning a World Championship. The FC Pro Open Ladder begins on October 1. It is open to anyone who reaches Division 3 on Rivals and registers on FCPro.com.

However, EA SPORTS FC 25 Early Access has already begun. That means that you can take your first steps towards a World Championship right now. Start building your Ultimate Team, gather the best players you can, and prepare for an intense first week of Rivals.
