Despite coming as the underdogs, HEROIC has shown a spectacular performance throughout PGL Wallachia S2. The team topped the Group Stage, sharing the same final scoreline as Team Falcons. In the Playoffs, they knocked down Infinity and Tundra Esports to the Lower Bracket.

However, they struggled against the prominent Falcons. HEROIC managed to take a single game against the favorites, but eventually lost and dropped to the Lower Bracket.

HEROIC found themselves near elimination as they clashed against Tundra for the second time. It was a close contest, but HEROIC prevailed.

They advanced from the trenches of the Lower Bracket to bring the SA Dota 2 action into the BO5 Grand Final today! You can spectate the PGL Wallachia S2 livestream on Twitch or YouTube. We have embedded the Twitch livestream below!

A new milestone

Since HEROIC first entered the Dota 2 scene in January this year, they have become a regional juggernaut in the Americas. The team is undoubtedly the region's favorite. HEROIC also had impressive international showings, placing top 8 at the ESL One Birmingham and DreamLeague Season 23.

But today, their Grand Final appearance at PGL Wallachia S2 marks their highest-ever achievement, as they secure a top 2 placement. This is their first big success on an international level - and their run is not even over yet!
