The Danish CS:GO organization Heroic showed its third logo since it was founded in 2016, along with a fresh coat of paint.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) esports team Heroic announced a rebrand this Thursday that brought to life a new logo and also a new jersey. Maintaining some of the elements of the old brand, the new logo is a little bit minimalist and its shape reminds of a heart as shown in the announcement video.

Check it out below:

"Show heart. Embrace heat. Bring thunder."

With those phrases, Heroic presented its third logo since it was founded in 2016. The video also claimed that the rebrand represents a new style and a new Heroic while demonstrating the new beautiful jersey of the Danish squad. Another change was the official website of Heroic, which is already on air with the rebranding.

Embracing the image that Heroic created in social media, the organization took the opportunity to joke around with Evil Geniuses. According to them, after losing to the North-American squad in BLAST Premier Spring Groups, Heroic had no option but rebrand.

The community's reaction to Heroic rebrand

The changes in the CS:GO team Heroic's logo caused different reactions from the community. Mainly, there were three responses to the rebrand. The first one defended the change and said that the new logo is much 'cleaner' than the previous one. Also, some fans pointed out that the new design will look better on CS:GO stickers.

A second group said that the Danish organization made a wrong choice and the previous logo was much better than the new one. One of the arguments used by those was the same used by the ones that liked the change: stickers inside the Valve FPS.

And the third most common opinion on the rebranding was that there wasn't that much of a change in the new logo. To defend this point, some of the users said that the colors used in jerseys and design pieces are the same as it was before.

Give time and people will find out where they stand with the Heroic rebrand.
