Another method is to increase your character's speed (SPD). This will allow them to cast abilities more frequently, dealing damage and killing enemies more often.

Special characters

Certain characters also unlock Energy Regeneration Rate bonuses based on their Eidolon level. Asta at Eidolon Level 4 gains a 15% increase if she has two or more Charging Stacks. Meanwhile, Yanqing at Eidolon Level 2 gains an 10% increase to his Energy Regeneration Rate. However, these type of bonuses are very rare and most characters have a static 100% regen rate.
