Don’t forget to bid your farewells to Acheron before you depart Penacony.
Honkai Star Rail version 2.3 added the conclusion of our Traiblaze Expedition in Penacony. In this new main mission, many players missed an endearing scenario with our resident Self-Annihilator Acheron. Here's a guide on how you can trigger the Acheron dialogue in the Honkai Star Rail 2.3 main quest if you haven't missed it yet.

The missable Acheron scenario in "Farewell, Penacony" quest
The Acheron interaction is a part of the "Farewell, Penacony" Trailblaze Mission added in Honkai Star Rail version 2.3. It happens towards the end of the mission, right before the Trailblazer and the crew return to the Astral Express.
In the "Stranger in a Strange Land" portion of the main quest, there is an optional "Say goodbye to Acheron" objective.
Complete that objective by walking up and talking to her. This will prompt a choice on your side. It's ideal to go through all of the conversation options (those marked with a speech bubble), but the one we really want is the third one that reads "Have we ever met before?"
After this, keep choosing the first option (the one pointing to the right) until the text becomes red. Do not choose the bottom option at any point - it will end the conversation. Once you choose the option with red text, the scenario will trigger. At this point, all you need to do is enjoy the course of events.

Slight spoilers.
The dialogue choice "Have we ever met before?" is a callback to the Trailblazer's first on-screen encounter with Acheron. She proceeds to explain why she thought that way, even though (to our knowledge) that would have been their first meeting.
She reminisces of old comrades and draws references from her "other selves" for players who are familiar with the greater Honkai lore. During the other dialogue choices, Acheron reintroduces herself in the scenario but doesn't use her real name. Thus, the Nameless Tiernan remains the only character who would have known her real name.
Acheron's voice actor Allegra Clark deserves a round of applause for her performance in this quest.
