Who are the Citlali voice actors in Genshin Impact?

Citlali kit
Citlali is the first Cryo character from Natlan, making her the first source of Nightsoul-aligned Cryo DMG. She is a 5-star Cryo Bow character, making her the third in this archetype after Ganyu and Aloy.
Note that the details of Citlali's kit, constellations, and talents below did not come from official Genshin Impact or HoYoverse sources, and should be taken with a grain of salt.
Citlali Combat Skills
While she can dish out decent damage, her real identity lies within her Elemental Skill which provides a Shield.
Normal Attack: Shadow-Stealing Spirit Vessel
The usual Normal Attack pattern for Bow users. Her Charged Attack deals damage to all enemies in its path.
Elemental Skill: Dawnfrost Darkstar
Citlali deploys an Opal Shield and spawns "Obsidian Tzitzimitl: Itzpapa," dealing Nightsoul-aligned Cryo DMG in an area. She then enters the Nightsoul's Blessing state.
Itzpapa
- Follows the active character.
- If Citlali has enough Nightsoul points, Itzpapa will enter the Opal Fire state and conjures a Frostfall Storm which deals AoE DMG. This will consume Nightsoul points and Itzpapa will exit Opal Fire state once it is depleted.
Elemental Burst: Edict of Entwined Splendor
Bombard an area with Nightsoul-aligned AoE Cryo DMG, restore Nightsoul points, and spawn a Spiritvessel Skull near opponents.
These Skulls explode after a certain time, dealing DMG and restoring Nightsoul points to Citlali.

Life Talent
Restore 20 Phlogiston to the party when triggering a Nightsoul Burst. Does not work in Domains, Trounce Domains, or the Spiral Abyss.
Night Realm's Gift: Smoke, Mirrors, and the Flowing Winds
The usual Natlan passive which enables Nightsoul Transmission. Citlali has a unique jump mechanic.
When swapping to Citlali while high enough in the air, she will leap high and deploy "White Obsidian Tzitzimitl: Citlalin" to float in the air.
Holding Aim will cause Citlali to enter the "Spiritspeaker" state, where she can interact with Nightspirit Graffiti and Sigils.
Holding the Jump button causes Citlali to consume more stamina and Leap. Within Natlan, she uses Phlogiston instead and leaps higher. She can initiate Charged Attack in mid-air, consuming Phlogiston or stamina.
Mamaloaco's Frigid Rain
When Citlali is in Nightsoul's Blessing and Frozen or Melt is triggered:
- Reduce the Pyro and Hydro RES of affected enemies, and
- Citlali gains Nightsoul Points.
Itzpapalotl's Star Garments
The DMG of Frostfall Storm spawned by Itzpapa is increased, scaling off of Citlali's Elemental Mastery. This effect is enhanced during the Elemental Burst.
Citlali gains Nightsoul points when party members trigger Nightsoul Bursts.
Citlali Constellations
- Bladed Light of Four Hundred Stars
- After using the Elemental Skill, Citlali obtains Stellar Blades. When an ally other than Citlali deals DMG, consume a blade to increase the DMG dealt, scaling off Citlali's Elemental Mastery.
- Gain Stellar Blades when party memebrs trigger Frozen or Melt.
- When using her leap, Aiming, or using her Charged Attack, use less Phlogiston.
- Death Defier's Spirit Skull
- Citlali gains a flat amount of Elemental Mastery. Other characters shielded by her Opal Shield gain even more.
- After using the Elemental Skill, grant the shield to all nearby characters.
- Enhance the Passive Talent "Mamaloaco's Frigid Rain".
- Cloud Serpent's Feathered Crown - Increase the level and level cap of Elemental Skill.
- Heart Devourer's Travail - Spawn an Obsidian Spiritvessel Skull when Itzpapa's Frostfall Storm hits an enemy while the Elemental Skill is active. This Skull deals DMG scaling off of Citlali's ELemental Mastery and restores Nightsoul points.
- Curse of the Five Blighted Days - Increase the level and level cap of Elemental Burst.
- Secret Pact of Wisdom
- Itzpapa will always be in the Opal Fire state.
- It will also now consume Nightsoul to buff Pyro, Hydro, and Cryo DMG of the party based how much Nightsoul is consumed.

She becomes playable in the Genshin Impact Version 5.3 update as a limited 5-star character alongside the Pyro Archon Mavuika. The update is expected to arrive on January 1, 2025.
